Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard shipping—please refer to promotional banners or checkout for current offers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your package on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a dress might not meet expectations, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Return Eligibility:
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are returned beyond this period are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and customization, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Custom-tailored or made-to-order dresses
- Accessories marked as non-returnable
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
